Annex Building Use Request

Facility Use Policies

Home Church believes that our building and our facilities are a resource to be used for loving and serving God and each other in community.  With that in mind, please help us be good stewards of the resources we have by observing our facility use policies.  If your request is approved, you agree to the following terms (*note that this is not an approval of your request*):

  • After your meeting, please return the building to its original condition (or leave it better than you found it):  return tables, chairs, etc. to their original layout, take any garbage to the dumpster outside, check bathrooms/kitchen for cleanliness, etc.
  • No alterations of any kind to the building or property unless authorized by Staff or Board in writing.
  • No pets allowed
  • If you see any issues inside or outside of the building that require maintenance or attention, you agree to reach out promptly to Randy McLellan, Mission Team Leader at Home Church, 615.594.5058, missions@homechurch.co
  • Groups reserving the Annex building are restricted to only that building and the picnic tables immediately outside it.
  • No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the building or within 25 feet of the entrances.
  • No alcohol or drugs are allowed anywhere on the premises.
  • No open flames; any candles must be battery operated.
  • You will be provided one key to the building, which will not be copied or shared with anyone, and which will be returned to Home Church should your group no longer need this building.
  • We expect everyone on the premises to be respectful, kind, and considerate of others at all times
  • You agree to pay for any and all damage to the building or premises caused by any individual(s) at your meeting.
  • No one at your meeting will violate any city, county, state, or federal law, ordinance or regulation in or about the premises.
  • You agree to indemnify, defend, save, and hold harmless Home Church and each of its representatives from any losses, liabilities, damages, costs, suits or demands that anyone in your meeting may incur arising from your group’s use of equipment, premises or facilities.
  • You agree to notify Home Church immediately if your group no longer plans to meet on a regular basis, or if leadership changes.
